To help us prepare for your first day, please complete the information below and our Liability Waiver. We are eagerly anticipating your arrival on the mats!

Additionally, kindly plan to arrive 20 minutes early on your first day. This extra time will allow us to assist you with onboarding and ensure you have a thorough warm-up. A proper warm-up is crucial for preventing injuries and performing movements effectively.
