We believe whatever your passion is chase it with all your heart. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that promotes self-defence and being able to protect your self when on the ground. Sport Jiu-Jitsu is fun and challenging which helps us test ourselves through tournaments and competitive training.

Our goal at MOYO is to create a community of empowerment for everyone. Learn a skill, get fit and be apart of an awesome crew. Jiu Jitsu is a difficult art but it helps us navigate the world. It makes us strong mentally and physically. This helps us accomplish goals that we never thought were possible.
We strive to create leaders in the community through our kids program. We believe that physical fitness creates a strong mind that will benefit students on and off the mats.
